As Corporate and Institutional Banking(CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally. Manager in AML/KYI and Registration


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience on managerial position ( managing people managers would be an asset ) in teams across different processes,
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (AML/KYC/compliance related) within corporate financial services or fund industry, preferred Transfer Agency investor experience,
  • In-depth knowledge in Know Your Customer (KYC) process,
  • Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and assessing risk scores and entity types,
  • Proven experience in managing processes dependent on other locations deliverables,
  • Proven experience in planning, initiating and following through changes to meet objectives,
  • Accountability and client focused mindset with capability to work effectively in dynamic environment and to demonstrate initiative,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Fluency in written and spoken English,

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures and controls the quality of the delivered processes to be in line with compliance guidelines and regulations in order to provide beneficent the highest level of service according to SLA
  • Assures that the work of the department adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements as well as local guidelines to be in line with compliance standards and expected operational risk level.
  • Ensures running cost of the department meets expected levels by control headcount , overtime, T&E costs to be aligned with the assigned budget
  • Leverages own technical expertise and manages escalations by exhibiting hands on-operational involvement to solve operationally complex cases.
  • Creates, develops, and maintains business relationships, identifying and implementing service, system, and process enhancements in order to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Leads hybrid teams (co-located in Warsaw and Cracow), mentors and supports employees to guide talent development and foster a positive work culture.
