About the job
- FRS is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions that brings together a community of 1.600 experts coming from Finance, RISK and IT backgrounds, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market
- It is a new worldwide organizational model that contributes to tackle major challenges of Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offer for Finance and RISK community through a progressive rotation towards new technologies and best practices
- FRS organization is the outcome of several convergences: between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. FRESH is part of the ITG organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas) with a threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK (CIB-ITO; RISK Solutions and ITG-FIT)
Your Main Activities Are
- Regular dialogue with Production Stakeholders
- Regular dialogue with Project Stakeholders
- Control Integrity and Data availability
- Administrate Finance Systems
- First level of Support for Incident and Request linked to Finance Systems
- Proactivity in the communication
- Participate in implementing Project (new systems/new process)
- Ensure the high team standard are respected performing recurrent controls
- Training in support tasks
Profile and Skills to Success
- Business School, Engineer or Master in Information Technology
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in Support or in Project for Financial Systems
- IT skills knowledge: Excel, Mainframe IBM 30XX and JCL
- Knowledge of financial accounting and management accounting processes, standards, controls and systems
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Client Care
- Problem solving and action - change management oriented
- Ability to work in team mode and support other colleagues in a changing perimeter
- Strong analytical skills and ability getting a general overview of situations and issues
- Good organization skills and commitment to deliver
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and duties (support on wide system scope)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and capability to work and interact with various people of different expertise
About the Team
- The SO FRESH Fronting team, located in Madrid, Lisbon & Mumbai, is in charge of Production controls and application support
- Fronting team located in Lisbon is in charge of user support and communication towards users
- In addition, the team will be the first level of support (Ticketing/Rerouting) for all Finance & Risk
- The Team: Ensure follow the sun Business Support on the tool’s usage and incidents; Regular dialogue with Production reporting stakeholders; and Regular dialogue with Project stakeholders
