Become our new HR Business Partner Team Leader (All genders) based in Porto or Lisbon

Be part of our dynamic Human Resources team, focused on providing comprehensive HR administrative support, ensuring legal compliance, and managing key processes related to employee records, contracts, and benefits.

 

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE HR BUSINESS PARTNER TEAM

As a HR Business Partner Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in guaranteeing actions involving HRBP activities in a context of strong development in our 2 centers located in Lisbon and Oporto.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Maintains and enhances Human Resources Business Partner´s team supervision planning, implementation, policies, programs, and practices.
  • Employee relations management and Leverage the HR Partnership with MM and Top Management.
  • Advise and support MM in all employee relationship topics from A to Z, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and Legal Framework.
  • Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure the update of HR Policies & Procedures promoting constant update w/ the organization and the Control Framework.
  • Produce and maintain accurate records of Learning & Development activity in compliance with procedures.
  • Be involved in cross projects according to the organizational strategy
  • Guarantee the operational management of the activity (performance and activity).
  • Contribute to company security and physical and mental health of employees.

 

READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT? HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 10 years of experience in HR with at least 4 years as Senior HRBP in fast paced context;
  • HR Team management experience ideally in a similar business context (SSC);
  • Advanced degree, ideally a Master in Human Resources Management or similar;
  • Strong Portuguese Labor law and market practice knowledge;
  • Very good written and oral communication skills;
  • Strong relationship skills;
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate stakeholders in a cross functional environment;
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and directly with different stakeholders, such as Client, Manager, Employees & Comex;
  • Ability to influence and leverage organizational networks;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, French proficiency is a plus.
