🌐 WHO WE ARE
We are the European Trade Finance Service Center, part of BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking. Our 115‑person team spans 16 nationalities in Spain, delivering domestic and international guarantees, syndicated, green and documentary products for corporations and institutions.

🚀 MISSION
As a Guarantees Operations Analyst, you will ensure client needs are met and exceeded, support the processing, validation and expiry management of guarantee instruments, and collaborate closely with Front Office, risk and compliance functions to safeguard smooth operations.

📋 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Serve CIB clients, delivering timely guarantee solutions.
• Assist clients and corporate groups on technical aspects of international and domestic guarantees.
• Process issued guarantees, reviewing wording and confirming legal, credit and risk approvals.
• Manage guarantee expiries, coordinating with branches, correspondents and clients for smooth release.
• Support Front Office in booking and processing deals.
• Aid the Invoicing and Fees Officer when required.

💡 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Relevant degree (Finance, Economics, Law or similar).
• Proven experience with guarantees products and regulations (URDG, ISP, UCP).
• Strong knowledge of accounting rules specific to guarantees.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and SWIFT.
• Fluency in English and French (mandatory).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
