🚀 MISSION
As a Legal Counsel, you will protect the legal integrity of our Spanish entities and enable informed business decisions. You will advise on contracts, regulatory compliance and data‑protection matters, while supporting cross‑border projects and group‑level initiatives. Your expertise will ensure that our products are launched safely and in line with the highest legal standards.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Draft, review and amend contracts across consumer‑finance and liability products.
• Analyse customer clauses for transparency and banking best‑practice compliance.
• Advise on regulatory requests, supervisory inspections and legislative developments.
• Lead data‑privacy actions, including responses to the Spanish Data Protection Authority.
• Support electronic contracting, cybersecurity and IP matters on the group digital platform.
• Provide legal guidance throughout product design and validation projects.

💡 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Law degree (LL.B/LL.M) or equivalent; admission to the bar preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/financial services law.
• Proven expertise in contract drafting, regulatory compliance and data‑protection.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate legal risk into clear business advice.
• Excellent English; fluent Spanish required (additional EU language a plus).
• Collaborative mindset, proactive attitude and high ethical standards.
