What will your daily work look like?

The Strategic Marketing team works closely with the Sales team to promote investment solutions (such as derivatives and structured products, bonds, quantitative funds) in the Italian market. 

It is responsible for designing and optimizing marketing and communication strategies to showcase and sell products to a wide range of client segments (financial advisors, distribution networks, private banks…).

Working hand-in-hand with Trading, Structuring, and Sales departments, a full understanding of the products and an innovative approach to the market are essential to the team’s success.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Market monitoring: analyzing competitors and market trends
• Development and innovation of marketing strategies
• Recording and editing videos
• Participation in the creation of advertising campaigns for the Italian market
• Designing marketing campaigns for major Italian distributors across a wide range of products
• Managing BNP Paribas social media accounts
• Managing SEM campaigns

The MCE Italy team is split between Milan and Lisbon; however, communication between the two teams remains strong despite the distance.

You will be based in Milan, within the Sales & Structuring room, and will work in a collaborative, innovative environment that is open to all the Group’s business lines.

This mission will allow you to actively contribute to BNP Paribas’s growth in the structured products industry in Italy.

This position will give you cross-functional and multi-business knowledge of the Group. In particular, you will:

• Communicate constantly with different divisions of the team across BNPP: Legal, Compliance, Digital, and Design
• Develop your project management skills
• Contribute to innovation, especially in marketing strategies

And the compensation?

Set by ministerial decree, it is paid monthly and consists of two elements:

• A common allowance, identical for all young professionals on assignment
• A geographic allowance, which varies depending on the country (and sometimes the city) of destination. This allowance is recalculated quarterly.

Are you our next VIE – Marketing Officer – Milan (M/F)?

You hold a Master’s degree (business school, university, or equivalent) specializing in digital marketing and project management and have prior experience in marketing, communication, or finance (including internships or work-study programs).

You demonstrate analytical skills, creativity, and adaptability. You are proficient with tools such as Adobe Suite and Photoshop.

You enjoy working in an international team and have a strong interest in innovation and project management.

You speak fluent English, and knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Your rigor, sense of service, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential qualities.

Your ability to communicate, work in a team, and adapt to a demanding environment will be key to success in this role.
