Position Purpose
To handle the Cash Operations & KYC
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Responsible for Institutional KYC, Empanelment, UCC leading to Client Static Data updation as per internal process.
- Coordinate with all parties involved with respect to the Cash Equity business.
- Responsible for quality and control of the processes –
- Ensure accurate trade bookings, confirmations and settlement processes.
- Ensure accurate updation of Static Data.
- Ensure efficient management of settlement flows
- Implement & improve all reconciliation processes related to Cash equity trades like trades, commission, confirmations, STP etc.
- Prepare & maintain SOPs to achieve the highest possible quality for the client & audit.
- Set up & review daily all first level controls & ensure their efficiency & accuracy & review the Related checklist /task lists periodically and sign off
- Ensure timely, accurate and user friendly MIS and develop new formats of Presentation
- Check brokerage receivables and control on possible revenue leakages.
- Responsible for ensuring that Operational risks is controlled & work is carried out in accordance with local regulations.
- Bring Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework
- Minimize operational failure, including but not exclusively the risk of fraud by helping to devise and by implementing sufficient regular controls
- Ensure appropriate escalation to management and/or permanent control (or compliance as appropriate) as soon as issue is identified.
Anti-Money Laundering / Financial Sanctions "AML/FS") related duties:
Operations are an integral part of the control framework including AML/FS topics. In that respect, in performing your role you are expected to ensure adherence to AML/FS-related Local requirements, Group Policies and execution of associated operational controls, and to promptly escalate any resulting hit for analysis and decision to the relevant authority.

- Comply with internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements
- Comply with the BNPP standards of Code of Conduct
- Comply with the BNPP IT Security policies
Specific Qualifications (if required)
Experience on Listed Equity and Currency as a Trading and Clearing member will also be an added advantage
