Fund Accounting Manager - VP
Main responsibilities:
- Support to the Head of IFSO on escalations and implementation of the new IFSO Operating model
- People management (team of 12)
- Managing client interactions, understanding their expectations and dealing with escalations
- Support and escalation point for BAU Operations
- Contribution to all Change Management initiatives and leading Fund Accounting unit (ETFs/ Offshore)
- Contribution to the client development team with new clients requirements and business implementation
- Contribution to the Product team with new products analysis and business cases
- Operational risk knowledge and awareness to ensure the team follows/adhere to procedures, checklists, and other guidelines towards operational risk of the bank
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English
- Solid knowledge of Fund accounting and financial market
- Good communication, including with peers and Sr Management
- Project Management experience, representing a business unit
- Management skills
