Requirements:

  • Great command of English (min B2 level)

  • Financial knowledge or relevant experience

  • Organizational skills and flexibility to switch between processes

  • Great communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate / Teamwork

  • Sense of responsibility and maturity

  • Accuracy and attention to details

  • Client focused

Responsibilities:

  • Performing all OVRK BAU tasks in timely manner and according to procedures;
  • Reading legal documentation and reflect fund structure properly in the system
  • Ensuring all data in the main system is accurate 
  • Communicates via email and video calls with internal and external clients
  • Following controls in place to mitigate risks  
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to provide excellent service and continue upgrading processes  
  • Monitoring the dedicated mailboxes/systems to ensure that all enquiries and change requests are promptly handled
  • Proactively support Team Leader and whole Team in any BAU topics, crisis management, meetings and projects;
  • Support management to ensure that all KPIs are updated and distributed to locations on regular basis
  • Being innovative through various proposals of process enhancements and their implementation
