Investment Compliance Junior Specialist with French

Main Overall Tasks 

• Administer overall aspects of depositary matters e.g. the preparation of asset confirmation, reconciliation, ongoing monitoring and oversight of the Fund and Fund Manager - ensuring controls and procedures adequate and are being adhered to, ensuring the fund is being managedin accordance withthe fund documentation;

• Perform day-to-day operations linked to the requirements as stipulated in AIFMD and UCITS V Directives;
• Perform relevant controls using dedicated IT tools or others specified sources and checklists;
• Analyse and document specifiedinconsistencies.Identifyand qualify any breaches including their origin based on the relevant internal procedures;
• Guarantee the escalation of issues to direct manager.

 Required Skills 

• Basic financial knowledge and willingness to broaden it;
• French on at least intermediate level
• Fluency in English;

• Dedication and engagement;
• Accuracy and detail orientation;
• Analytical andproblem solvingskills;
• Ability to work under pressure of time (capable to work with strict deadlines);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
