Digital Marketing Executive 


Objectives

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and self-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our digital ecosystem, including website content management, maintenance, testing, and performance analysis.


You will oversee the quality and effectiveness of digital content, ensuring optimal presentation, strong SEO performance, and accurate promotion of our products and services. You will also manage the execution and follow-up of digital projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners.


In addition, you will support the implementation of digital marketing initiatives by ensuring digital campaigns and website updates are correctly deployed, properly tracked, and fully compliant with data privacy regulations. Acting as a key liaison between marketing, IT, internal stakeholders, and external agencies, you will help ensure that all digital activities are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and with measurable results.

Function

  • Coordinate digital marketing and website-related projects, aligning stakeholders, managing follow-up, and ensuring timely delivery of digital assets.
  • Maintain and develop the Arval.be website and partner sites considering customer journey and UX.
  • Create landing pages optimized according to UI/UX best practices. Conduct A/B tests of websites to validate web content and layouts.
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the online product offers and webforms.
  • Work together with marketing team (content and product) to produce website content and, where applicable, provide strategic guidance concerning SEO, keyword research, etc.
  • Coordinate website development with our headquarters and external partners, ensuring new features/capabilities align with business objectives. Troubleshoot issues and escalate them to IT/web developers when necessary.
  • Interpret analytics data and performance follow-up (lead generation), produce reports/dashboards summarizing key insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensures performance follow-up & measurements of the different digital campaigns in terms of lead generation.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of the Consent Management Platform (preferably One Trust) and ensure tracking respects user consent.
  • Collaborate with external teams (Arval Group and external agencies).


Profile


  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in digital marketing or communication field. 
  • You have at least 4 years of recent experience in hands-on digital marketing, previous work within an agency environment is a plus. 
  • You are passionate about digital marketing with webmaster and/or ecommerce skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Drupal and WordPress or other CMS.
  • Solid understanding of UX design, working with brand guidelines, layout, and design standards.
  • Experience with website analytics to write up reports, analyze website traffic, follow-up on campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
  • You have an analytical mind, and you work in a very planned way. You see solutions instead of issues.
  • You work independently with a proactive attitude but also function well in a team.
  • Good communication and a collaborative mindset are part of your strengths, and you have a commercial attitude.
  • You have a hands-on mentality, the right technical background and are interested in new trends and technologies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, Photoshop, HTML/CSS, …are a plus.
  • You are preferably bilingual (Dutch/French) and have a perfect command (also in writing) of at least one of the two national languages, as well as having a good knowledge of English.

Reporting line

 You are part of the Marketing team. You report directly to the Digital Marketing Team Manager. You work closely with the digital HQ corporate teams, IT and internal stakeholders.
