Beschreibung

Internship in Cash Management (starting April 2026 until mid-November 2026)

The position is based in Zurich or Geneva.
This position requires a Swiss residency.

MISSION
Support the Cash Management Sales in Switzerland. Work closely with the Cash Management Competence Centre (CMCC) and the Global Cash Management team to ensure our products, services and marketing materials meet customers’ needs and regulatory requirements


YOUR WORKDAY

  • Market & Risk Awareness: Keep an eye on market, competitor and regulatory news that may affect our cash management products. Flag any risks or opportunities to the team.
  • Product Development Support: Assist in planning and launching new or improved payment, collection and liquidity management solutions. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal partners – CMCC, IT, Compliance, Legal and Operations – to ensure smooth product roll outs and day to day operations.
  • Profitability Monitoring: Track basic product performance indicators (e.g., usage, revenue trends). Report findings to help the product owner manage the P&L.
  • Supplier Coordination: Support the management of third party relationships (e.g., onboarding, issue handling) under supervision.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education            University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field. Student need to be enrolled at university.
  • Experience          Some relevant experience in cash management, payments or corporate banking (internships or junior roles are acceptable).
  • Language            Fluent in English, German and French (written and spoken).
  • Technical             Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with banking systems is a plus.

  • Communication: Write clear emails and short reports; present ideas confidently in meetings.
