BNP Paribas – Work Experience Programme – February Half Term - 18th & 19th February

Weds 18th and Thurs 19th February, 9.30am-4.30pm
Harewood Avenue office (near Marylebone Station)

Are you a Year 13 student eager to boost your confidence, gain real world experience, and discover apprenticeship pathways in Finance, Technology, HR, Legal or Compliance?

Our two day work experience programme is designed to give you a head start and help you stand out in a competitive apprenticeship market.

Programme at a glance:
Day 1 – Discover & Develop
• Welcome & Business Overview – Key presentations on BNP Paribas’ strategy, culture and the finance industry.
• Personal Development Workshops – Communication, teamwork & problem solving skills.
• CV Building Session – How to craft a standout CV for apprenticeship applications.
Day 2 – Apply & Connect
• Interview Tips & Mock Interviews – Practical feedback from our recruitment team.
• Team Project – Work on a short, real world challenge and present back your findings to the business.
• Networking Hub – Meet current apprentices, business managers and recruiters.

Who can apply?
• Currently in Year 13 and considering an apprenticeship to start in September 2026.
• Minimum 5 GCSEs (incl. Maths & English) – Grades A C / Level 4 9.
• Lived in the UK for the last 3 years.
• Demonstrated interest in finance or the specific apprenticeship area.
• Able to attend both days of the programme
