Position Purpose | |||||||
Our Client Engagement & Protection (CEP IT) technology team is seeking for a Director to head the Digital Client Journey technology program and foster the overall growth and development of the Client Engagement & Protection technology franchise in Bangalore.
As a Head of Digital Client Journey, the ideal candidate would be a seasoned, international, and dynamic leader with a strong technology background, particularly in cloud architecture patterns. This individual should possess robust solution and software design skills, enabling them to effectively lead senior software engineers. With over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, the candidate would bring valuable technical insights and expertise and great drive. While experience in the Know Your Customer, Transaction Monitoring or Customer Servicing and Relationship Management is not mandatory, it would be a valuable addition for the role. This combination of leadership, technical proficiency, and industry-specific knowledge would make them a perfect fit for the role. | |||||||
