As part of our HR Team, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist who will support the hiring of talent for new business transitions and strategic growth initiatives across our organization. This is a newly created position established to support upcoming transition project and the continued growth of Arval Competence Center Bratislava. In this role, you will play a key part in building new teams, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for colleagues joining our international environment.


Brief description of our company - ARVAL COMPETENCE CENTER 

We belong to the multinational bank group BNP Paribas and in Slovakia we operate as an organizational unit of Arval Slovakia since 2015. Our main task is to provide support to Arval BNP Paribas group entities. Arval BNP Paribas is a provider of operating leasing in 30 countries worldwide. The support we provide is associated with technical and financial support as well as with expertise, consulting, and outsourcing services. Moreover, we are present in all fields that are linked to operating leasing such as customer contact center, controlling, warranty, insured accidents, or back office. One unit of the company is composed of Department of Operations – call center, communication with drivers and technical department. The other one covers financial field such as complex accounting advisory.


Your responsibilities will be: 

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle – from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
  • Sourcing candidates creatively through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Leading interviews independently and assessing both professional and personal fit.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide expert advice.
  • Organizing assessment centers for leadership roles. 
  • Employer branding activities - representing company at job fairs and other events .
  • Collaborating with agencies, universities and internal teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Handling recruitment systems and reporting, keeping everything accurate and up to date.
  • Driving process improvements and contributing ideas to make recruitment even better.
  • Projects participation in order to develop and improve our strategy.


We are looking for candidates with..:

  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition at least 2 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English (spoken & written).
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset.


We offer: 

  • Contract: 1 year contract via agency (with possibility of prolongation)
  • Salary: 1 700 EUR brutto

Please note: This position is outsourced and offered through our external partner Grafton on a 1 year contract, with the possibility of extension.
