Position Purpose | |||||
As a business analyst articulate business / operational needs and define the appropriate technology solution. Projects in scope involve optimization of the workflows, increase in efficiency and productivity for Global Banking Business and Operational platforms. As a PMO analyst oversees the entire portfolio of collective projects and programs across the Deportment. PMO Analysts provide analytical support to the PMO team and Management. Collect and analyze project reports and data, such as budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. | |||||
Responsibilities | |||||
Direct Responsibilities · Convert Business requirements into Functional specifications · Prepare Functional Specifications and System Requirements · Ensure that design is align with Group policies and industry practices, as well as, Regulatory requirements. · Challenge both Business and IT requirements in order to ensure they are consistent, relevant, and robust. · Explain the functional specification to the development team and provide support to clarify and guide development teams on functional requirements · Write test cases and test the IT deliveries before users, in order to verify conformity to the specifications as well as, non-regression. · Conduct qualification of releases and IST. Provide functional support during UAT · Prepare User guides, Business Cases, Training Material, Production Support procedures · Record and compile data in an Excel, using spreadsheet features and tools including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas and graphing to produce key data points for use by the team. Develop macros to speed up complex tasks · Design and build effective models to consolidate different types of data with the ability to slice and dice as needed. · Perform internal audit to ensure all deployments including releases are upto BNPP standards and practices. · Provide Weekly report/Monthly report of budget utilization to leadership · Manage SLAs, Contracts, SOWs, Work orders and invoice payments to vendors and service providers. § Must Have: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Technical field with 6-8 years experience as PM/BA/both OR Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Technical field with 8-10 years experience as PM/BA/both. § Experienced with the documentation of software interfaces § Experienced with the documentation of business processes § Experienced in the design of the architecture of new applications or services § Possess strong problem-solving skills and good time management skills § MS Excel skills – expert level; Must have ability to develop Macros § MS PowerPoint – expert level § Power BI – Intermediate level § Strong written and verbal communication skills § Exceptional organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
