Direct Responsibilities
- Origination, structuring and monitoring of Supply Chain deals
- Cross-selling of other TB products when possible
- Endeavour to ensure the quality of the Banks' portfolio remains sound and healthy
- Train and mentor Analysts and Associates within the SCM team in Hong Kong, cultivate team spirit and lead by example
- Preparing / reviewing of transaction memos, legal documentation, marketing material
- Participating in credit committees for the approval of the programs
- Overseeing the implementation process of facilities
- Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework
- Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan
- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Contribute to the reporting of all incidents according to the Incident Management System
- Ensure audit recommendations are resolved within the specific timeline
Contributing Responsibilities
- Contribute to originating new opportunities and to meet the APAC Supply Chain Management budget targets
- Contribute to launch new products
- Contribute to cross-fertilization of opportunities (cross-selling of TBA products when possible, referral/sourcing of SCM opportunities v/v other countries/regions).
- Engage multiple stakeholders internally and externally (where required) for approvals, implementation of the products / deals
- Environment scanning, tracking competition offerings and aligning our product suite (wherever required)
