About the job

  • The mission of Transversal Account Officer consists of protecting our clients’ assets and managing their operational transactions throughout the whole investment cycle
  • The primary focus of the Transversal Account Officer is to perform our responsibilities under a controlled environment that is compliant with strict regulatory rules and guidelines while providing superior client services and solutions
  • As part of DEC business line (Derivatives Execution & Clearing), the account manager in the Transversal Account Officers team must handle middle office and back-office activities on his/her scope

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure that all clients (internal and external) related issues, queries and request are addressed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
  • First point of contact for all client queries and requests
  • Guarantee the correct flow of communication between client and Back Office teams
  • Follow up of pending client queries and requests closely
  • Identify, assess, monitor and control the risks of the activity
  • Participate in meetings with Sales and Relationship Managers regarding client topics
  • Collect data from the client email communication
  • Build KPIs and improve client experience
  • Prepare and send daily/monthly management reports
  • Participate in projects to drive the business forward to deliver internal system releases

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Up to 2 years of Experience in Banking and Financial Operations
  • Knowledge of Operations and Processes – Clearing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Availability to work from 10h - 19h
  • Fluent in English
  • Client focused
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills - oral & written
  • Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
  • Ability to set up relevant performance indicators
