About the Job

Your Main Activities Are

• Oversee the team’s activities and ensure quality of delivery in alignment with clients’ expectations
• Identify team members' training and development opportunities, provide coaching, motivate and contribute directly to their performance
• Contribute to further build a meaningful team of internal talents
• Provide project management and consulting expertise to support the Territory
• Nurture and develop current and potential client relationships
• Drive change and use positive influence to ensure client transformation is aligned with local and global strategy
• Seek proactively to develop the team and assist the Head in growing the Team's brand equity and reputation
• Enhance team involvement on transversal topics related to the team development
• Communicate effectively with all teams, clients and peers and implement a culture of constructive feedback

Profile and Skills to Success

• Master degree in Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction
• At least 9 years of working experience in Project Management and Consulting
• Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of Office pack
• Proficient in Organisation & Strategy – Strategy and Consulting
• Experience in Project Management Framing
