About the job
- The Procure to Pay (P2P) Supporting Solutions Supervisor is in charge of supervisioning the tasks and priorites of a subset of a team of Support Officers on Procurement and Performance platforms and to foster and monitor performance of the service provided to the worldwide Procurement & Performance (P&P) users
Your Main Activities Are
- Supervise the tasks and scope of part of a team of Supporting Officers (across different P&P Solutions) and report to the Team Leader
- Support and Development of Resources within the team performing regular assessment of team members perform and provide regular feedback to themand the Team Leader
- Ensure proper reporting information to the Team Leader and Manager, regarding the assigned team member's activities
- Advise internal clients on the right use of the solution, including the production of support documentation and training sessions for end users
- Handle complex incident/request management
- Coordinate, track, handle, and manage all customer requests in Ticketing application (Jira, Service Now, other)
- Ensure the correct implementation of the domain processes within the team and participate on the related governance meetings (to be supported by the Team Leader)
- Provide and manage authorisations for each application and user profiles
- Ensure the production of Permanent Control Level 1 controls with at least satisfactory results
- Ensure proper documentation update
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology and Computer Science
- Experience in supervising/people management
- Knowledge in Finance/Tax
- Knowledge in Operations and Processes - Transaction processing and data capture
- Proficient in Business Intelligence SAP Business Objects
- Proficient in Financial Software ERP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and French
- Communication skills - oral & written
- Attention to detail/rigor
- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
