About the job

  • Act as a Deputy DPO at the territory level as well as the Data Protection correspondent for the scope of CIB
  • This entails the coordination of the local framework at CIB level from a 2LOD perspective as well as animate and support the entire territory framework

Your Main Activities Are

  • Review general policies and guidelines on personal data protection and ensure their consistence with the relevant Group policies and guidelines
  • Participate in committees on / in relation to personal data protection at different levels (e.g. ICC, Personal Data Protection and Privacy Committee, etc.)
  • Review and advise on implementation of Privacy by design principles  from the design stage and during the life-cycle into all projects, products, services, activities, processes and systems
  • Review and advise on implementation of Personal Data Security principles and management of personal data breaches.
  • Oversee the Records of processing activities (“Register”)

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Law / Business Management / Economics or related
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience        
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in
    1. GDPR and Privacy regulations
    2. Control documentation and testing
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork
  • Communication skills, both written and oral
  • Critical thinking
  • Decision making
  • Personal impact / ability to influence
