Your Main Activities Are

• Monitor, administrate and locally supervise the teams located on the Finance Hub
  1. Organise and monitor on a day-to-day basis the activities
  2. Create a strong BNP Paribas and Finance mindset and ensure adhesion to the values of the Bank
  3. Be responsible for all people management topics
  4. Coordinate constant process improvement, implementation of controls and update of procedure, to secure data quality, compliance with Group norms
• Ensure a strong level of services and continuous improvement mindset
  1. Participate into the definition of the strategy for Finance and supervise the proper implementation of the Target Operating Model
  2. Maintain a strong level of services according to Service Level Agreements
  3. Build a closer relationship with Finance Head Office and ensure a permanent dialogue with all the stakeholders onshore
  4. Support and participate actively in the implementation of projects impacting the activities in the platform
  5. Optimise resources organisation and people development, driving transformation and continuous improvements in processes and cost
  6. Define the most efficient team organization, securing back-ups and right seniority level to mitigate operational risk
  7. Encourage and identify any opportunities to improve and optimize Finance processes via automation, digitalization or change in the organization
  8. Contribute to the BNP Paribas operational permanent control framework
• Close follow-up and monitoring of financials
  1. Prepare and organize the monthly FTE Governance Committee to secure right follow-up and validation process at central level
  2. Organize and coordinate the calculation of Budget
  3. Monitor actuals and budget
  4. Prepare Financial Dashboards and ad-hoc analysis for Top Management
  5. Close relationship with local finance
• Maintains proactive dialogue with Local Management and respective stakeholders
  1. Participates in Local Management Committees
  2. Full compliance with any local business regulations and operational frameworks

Profile and Skills to Success

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting
• At least 10 years of Experience in Accounting and Finance and in Financial Analysis and Advisory
• Knowledge in Finance Applications & Finance Systems Architecture
• Knowledge in Finance and Budget - Finance/Tax Knowledge and Financial and Performance Analysis
• Proficiency in Ms Office Pack Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English 
• Ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment
• Analytical Ability
• Ability to deliver/Results driven
• Critical thinking
