ITTF ARCHITECTURE

ITTF Architecture is a vital part of the BNP Paribas IT Group, operating within IT Transversal & Functions (ITTF).

The ITTF Architecture division provides services to internal functions like Finance, RISK, HR, Communications and Compliance, consolidates a portfolio of ~400 applications and covers:

-          Business & Enterprise Architecture 

-          Data management

-          Architecture control tower 

-          Solutions & technical architecture

REPORT TO

This role sits within the IT Transversal & Functions Iberian platform in Madrid and reports to the Madrid ITTF Architecture Manager, with a functional reporting line into the head of Architecture Control Tower in Paris.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a professional with a solid IT background to act as Product Owner, supporting the Architecture tooling offer.  The role will drive the deployment of use‑cases, own end‑to‑end project delivery, translate requirements into actionable work, keep all audiences informed, and ensure data‑quality and documentation standards across the architecture processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the definition, prioritisation and acceptance criteria for tool use‑cases.
• Own full project lifecycles, managing planning, risk, issues and milestones.
• Facilitate workshops, turn requirements into testable user stories, and produce status updates for senior audiences.
• Coordinate with business, IT, security and production teams to guarantee smooth execution.
• Drive data‑quality initiatives, maintain governance artefacts and KPI dashboards.
• Deliver demos, training sessions and continuous‑improvement recommendations.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Languages: 

• Fluent in English (mandatory).  
• French would be a plus.  

Experience: minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner, PMO, or IT project lead on complex delivery programs.

SKILLS 

Business Skills (3 max from skills catalogue) 

• Solid IT knowledge (APIs, data models, authentication, encryption, cloud services).
• Deep understanding of application development, cloud concepts, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret, validate, and challenge technical feedback from Application Owners.
