Spain IT Production
Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Telecom & Workspace, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.
ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
The “Infrastructure” Domain is part of the Corporate & Institutional Banking Information Technology & Operations (CIB ITO) of BNP Paribas, it is in charge to manage a key part of the infrastructure such the core of the servers, databases, storage, backup, middleware, citrix farms, and hypervisor for virtual infrastructure.
Within this domain, Sharepoint administration has a relevant role, as this service is offered worldwide in BNPP PARIBAS with a very demanding internal clients consuming it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position focus on the management of Sharepoint on premise and online services for all regions.
Due to large number of assets to manage, to be able to build and manage scripts to automate the operative is a key point.
Vulnerability and obsolescence remediation, proactive improvements and action plan for incidents are part of the day to day of this position.
To work following ITIL methodology is part of the daily basis in this and the rest of IT areas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Studies
• Bachelor in Computer Science preferable but not mandatory.
• ITIL Foundation certificate will be desirable.
- Experience
• Expertise for 3-5 years on Microsoft Sharepoint administration.
• Expertise on high availability environments.
- Languages
• High English spoken and written fluent (B2/C). Mandatory.
• French spoken and written will be high valued.
SKILLS
- Technical
• All aspects of SharePoint administration including: SharePoint on premise (2016, Suvscription Edition), using PowerShell to troubleshoot and maintain the environment, SharePoint Apps, BI integration.
• Windows Server 2019, 2022.
• Security knowledge: Vulnerability management, Server hardening, Firewalls and DMZ architecture.
• SSL Certificate Management.
• Web authentication methods including Kerberos, SAML.
• Knowledge of load balancers.

• Eager to learn.
• Analytical mind-set.
• Ability to work well under pressure, ability to work autonomously and in team environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
