Job Title: Frontend Engineer , Framework creator — UI/UX (Angular & API Integration)

About Business line/Function: The factories team is building an IT Decision Intelligence platform to transform applications managing IT processes by automating KPI collection (0-touch), enabling straight-through processing, and delivering governed, high-fidelity insights for management and governance decisions.
Position Purpose:
The Frontend Engineer will own the platform’s user-facing layer, designing intuitive interfaces, insightful dashboards, and an intelligence platform that provides senior IT and business leaders with real-time visibility and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Data quality is built into the platform, and the engineer will ensure it is clearly visible and actionable for end users.
Standards are non-negotiable: scalability, observability, accessibility, and performance are core requirements from day one. We’re looking for an engineer with proven experience who can deliver at this level and set the standard for the team.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
• Design & develop modern, reusable, responsive UI/UX components and shared libraries using Angular
• Establish consistent, high-performance patterns that accelerate development across the platform.
• Apply strong UI/UX principles to deliver intuitive user experiences for IT and management audiences
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs across multiple backend systems
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Own and contribute to end-to-end test excellence – Automated Unit testing, integration testing, performance testing.
• Collaborate closely with backend, data, and product teams.

Contributing Responsibilities
• Implement / Improve DevSecOps Pipeline for production delivery.
• Interact with functional and technical architects to design enterprise solutions.
• AI-Assisted Development: Use AI tools of the organization - Developer Assistants, code optimizers to improve code quality, test coverage, reduce boilerplate, and enforce best practices—while critically evaluating AI-generated outputs for correctness and security.
• Conduct / Drive workshops and technical forums within the department on tech trends.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Autonomy & Ownership: Ability to work autonomously and take end-to-end ownership of backend components
- Industry Expertise: Experience in large-scale regulated enterprise environments (banking/financial services preferred)
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong collaborative and communication skills to work in a global team

Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Angular and TypeScript
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI patterns
- Experience with REST API integration
- Understanding of UX principles and usability best practices
- Git, CI/CD and automated testing practices, Ansible.
- Experience with data-intensive dashboards (tables, charts)

- Platform Thinking & Ownership: Ability to think holistically about the platform, considering the interactions and dependencies between different components and systems.

- Ability to work with backend technologies Java, Python, etc. and Modern design patterns.
Education Level: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
