Job Title: Director, Head of Communications, India and Philippines CoE
Department: Brand & Communications
Reporting to: CEO, India and Philippines CoE (Direct) & Head of CSR, Brand & Communications, India (Functional)
Position Purpose:
The Head of Communications, will be responsible for corporate communications (content creation for internal and social media) and Events for the CoE in India and Philippines, working in close conjunction with the Territory Brand & Communications team per Group governance charter.

Direct Responsibilities
CEO Communications
- Develop and deliver the strategic communications agenda for the CEO’s office
- Manage the entire range of CEO communications to employees of COE--own and leverage the different channels of communications like Townhalls, Floorwalks, mailers and videos
- Manage the LinkedIn profile of CoE CEO to position the organisation in the GCC target audience
Employee Communications
- Creating and delivering internal communications campaigns for CoE
- Echonet: Employee engagement by sharing stories
- Internal Marketing: Collaborating with internal communications specialists in other markets to reinforce messages and create recall for CoE within the BNP Paribas Group
Events
- End-to-end managing of process for key CoE events
- Coordinating with creative agencies for branding at venues for all events
Employee engagement and Employer Branding
- Drive employee engagement in partnership with HR
- Support key CSR and DEI initiatives
- Develop the website as key lever of “Life at CoE”.

- Working with Territory B&C for external communications as per Group guidelines. Technical &
- Strong blend of strategic and operational skills. Prepared to take a hands-on ‘roll-up sleeves’ approach.
- An extremely well-developed audience/ client centered attitude and mindset.
- Have excellent people care skills and be empathetic to people’s needs.
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written and listening. Able to present information in a clear and compelling manner that is consistent with the Client’s vision and business strategy.
- Results oriented. The ability to juggle several critical issues simultaneously is essential and to work under considerable pressure.
- Able to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders – both internal & external
Specific Qualifications (if required):
This is an important appointment and will require a talented, mature and senior leader, characterized by the following attributes:
- 15 + years of experience with at least 10 years senior level internal communications experience in a customer led, large- scale organization whose affairs are in the public domain. Relevant experience may also have been gained in a consultancy or journalistic environment.
- The incumbent should have relevant work experience in the GCC environment.
- Proven ability to drive a strong internal brand and communication strategy.
- Experience of working with a senior management team involved in setting, monitoring and communicating an overall strategic direction.
- Proven ability of team leadership and successful people management.
- Excellent English language skills required.
