About the job
- The Business Continuity Analyst is responsible to support the implementation of the Business Continuity Management Programme ensuring that the Group and Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) procedures and guidelines are followed for BNP Paribas Portugal Branches
Your Main Activities Are
- Contribute to the analysis of the security risks and the identification of the related impacts
- Contribute to the design of the appropriate security solutions to cover identified risks and impacts
- Update the map of security risks. Analyse the Business Continuity documentation CIB Portugal
- Identify issues/errors in the Business Continuity documentation. Follow-up of the actions implemented to address the identified risks
- Analyse the Business Continuity live cycle, for the control and continuous improvement of the processes
- Control the robustness and efficiency of the security system according to the Business Continuity requirements of BNP Paribas group
- Contribute the management of business continuity incidents
- Contribute the definition of the training and awareness strategy to the staff involved in the Business Continuity processes
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any similar areas
- At least 3 years of experience in business management
- Advanced level of English, both oral and written
- Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail/ rigor
- Analytical ability
- Risk managements skills
