Description

Missions, team and work environment – what will it look like?

As part of an investment team focused on real estate debt, you will support analysts and portfolio managers throughout the full transaction lifecycle.
You will work in a collaborative, international and fast-paced environment, interacting with multiple stakeholders.

As a CRE Debt Analyst Intern H/F, you will:

  • Contribute to the review of European real estate debt transactions, across multiple sectors (Office, Retail, Hotel, Residential, Logistics) and instruments (Loans, Bonds, Securitization).
  • Produce detailed real estate investment analyses, including buildingcash-flowand valuation models to assess various scenarios.
  • Support the preparation of Investment Committee materials, perform investment duediligenceandassistin deal execution and closing.
  • Deliver company and counterparty analyses, including property companies,sponsorsand tenants, as well as short thematic memos.
  • Assistportfolio managers in portfolio monitoring and management, including performance tracking, cash management, reporting and follow-up with borrowers and agents.
  • Participate in the strategic development of the team, assessing the alignment of investment strategies with current market conditions.


Are you our next CRE Debt Analyst Intern H/F?

  • You arepreparingaMaster’sdegreefrom a leading business school, engineeringschoolor university, or equivalent.
  • A specialization in Real Estate or Real Estate Finance is appreciated.
  • Afirstexperience in a financial institution or real estate company is considered a plus.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Team spirit and collaborative mindset, in an international and cross-functional environment.
  • Adaptability and ability to multitask, in a demanding setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a structured and rigorous approach.
  • Advanced Excel skills, particularly in financial modelling.
  • Fluent English isrequired.
