Job Description
- Contributing operation on Call system
- Managing operate to Call system (PBX, IVR, CTI, Voice Recording, ERS) server of stability.
- Being dedicated to enhancing Call system strategy and business support.
- Maintaining call system by reflecting changes according to users’ request.
- Enhancing user supporting services on Call system .
- Being immediate response to Call system failure.
- Lead technical projects by self, in the scope of technical upgrades.
Contributing operation on Backoffice (Claim, SUN, EMS, Image Scan, Webfax, BIMS)
- Managing operate to backoffice system server of stability.
- Being dedicated to enhancing backoffice system strategy and business support.
- Enhancing user supporting services on backoffice system.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 yrs of work experience as IT - Operatiosn & Planning in Insuarnce (financial) industry
- Language: Korean - Fluent / English - Proficient enough to participate in global meetings and capable of writing documents.
- Knowledge of Call Center infrastructure (CTI, IVR, Recording) and applications.
- Understanding of VoIP, telephony systems, and PBX protocols.
- Ability to design call routing and skill-based routing logic.
- Strong troubleshooting skills using logs, traces, and network packets.
- Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and database-driven events.
