What is this position about?


  • The role focuses on helping various spectrum of clients (Sovereign, FI, Corporate, SOEs) raise financing in the bond market. As an analyst, he or she provides the research, analysis, and execution support needed to help clients access international bond markets efficiently and competitively


What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like? 


Primary Role Responsibilities


In this role, you will


  • Client coverage & pitching support: Assist in preparing pitch books, client presentations, and tailored funding strategy proposals
  • Market monitoring: Track global debt capital markets, issuance trends, secondary performance etc. Prepare daily market updates for clients
  • Transaction execution: Support execution of bond issuances. Draft and review offering materials. Coordinate with syndicates, legal, rating, ESG and other relevant internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution
  • Analytical work: Perform relative value analysis, funding cost analysis


Other contributions


Internal coordination: Collaborate wit product teams to deliver holistic solutions. Maintain databases of deal activity and client information

Internal approvals: Manage internal approvals including but not limited to KYC


What is required for you to succeed?

  • Relevant internships/experiences
  • Financial & market knowledge (understanding of fixed income products, bond markets, credit ratings)
  • Analytical & technical skill (proficiency in excel and power point, familiarity with Blomberg or other market data platforms is an advantage)
  • Languages (English proficiency required; additional languages are often a plus)
