What is this position about?

Processing of Corporate Actions income and events for SG and HK booking centres.

What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like? 

•    Reconciliation with custodian payment advices, and to process payments to clients.

•    Checking on custodian CA event notifications, and to generate client notifications for voluntary or mandatory events.

•    Consolidating clients’ responses for CA voluntary events, and to instruct custodian accordingly.

•    Liaising with custodian & front office for income & event queries.  

Primary Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will

•    Timely and accurate data entry for processing of all Incomes/Corporate events.

•    Liaise with custodians for clarification on incomes/events.

•    Handle queries from RMs/MAs/Custodians on the incomes/events.

•    Pass entries for commission fees collected or update waiver file if fees are waived.

Other contributions

•    Prepare disclosure letter of shareholder request from companies.

•    Participate in UAT.

•    Participate in ad hoc projects.

Required education/certification/licenses

•    Bachelor Degree or equivalent
