Description

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing, Channel & Campaign Management Manager / Assistant Manager to strengthen customer-centric digital growth within our Commercial and SME Banking Group. This role will focus on digital channels, campaign management, customer journeys, and data-driven marketing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key interface between business teams and the CEPTETEB İŞTE digital channel, translating customer needs into actionable requirements and coordinating with field teams
  • Analyze digital funnels and customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities and propose data-driven enhancements
  • Plan and manage marketing communications, define target audiences for campaigns, and oversee campaign execution across digital and field channels
  • Design and continuously improve end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring consistency across touchpoints
  • Monitor and analyze internal and external NPS scores, translating insights into experience improvement actions
  • Collaborate closely with product, analytics, technology, and sales teams to maximize campaign effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or other quantitative disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience for Manager roles; minimum 2 years for Assistant Manager roles
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, channel management, campaign analytics, customer journey design, or experience management
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and customer insights
  • Banking or insurance sector experience is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
