About the role

As Product & Proposition Manager, you will manage our Flex, Short Term Rental and Mobility products, developing customer propositions. You will work with stakeholders and colleagues across Arval, including internationally, to influence and lead the evolution and innovation of your products and propositions. You'll maintain excellent awareness of the market and customer needs, putting together product roadmaps underpinned by insight to support Arval's commercial strategy and plans, leading delivery and monitoring performance.

 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing roadmaps for your products and overseeing delivery, aligned to the Sales and Marketing Plan, commercial and regulatory objectives
  • Managing product performance aligned to business objectives and commercial forecasts, producing performance dashboards/scorecards and creating visibility of risks and opportunities 
  • Ensuring ongoing product compliance with current governance and regulation through product reviews and fair value assessments, ensuring the delivery of fair value and good customer outcomes
  • Managing your products in line with our product lifecycle governance processes and best practice, including developing target markets, gathering customer insights, and attending relevant approval and monitoring committees

 

What we’re looking for

You'll need excellent influencing skills to succeed in the Product and Proposition Manager role. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, from senior management to individual contributors, to provide product expertise and deliver cross-functional solutions.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

  • An excellent understanding of leasing, rental and mobility products in the B2B and B2C markets
  • A high level of commercial awareness 
  • A demonstrable action-orientated, self-starting approach
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to articulate your product vision and objectives
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a creative approach to finding solutions
  • Advanced data skills to be able to analyse complex data sets
  • The ability to work adaptably and inspire cross-functional collaboration, confident influencing at all levels


The package

We offer a basic starting salary of up to £55,000, plus a bonus of up to £4,600. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days
