About Business line/Function 

The Finance Solutions Office (FSO) in ISPL is in charge of providing the below services worldwide:

  • Steer the end-to-end implementation of projects related to Finance tools by responding to
  • Business Line and F&S requirements in a timely manner
  • Implement and maintain a harmonized Finance operating model across the Group with a
  • particular focus on the roll-out of One Financial System (OFS), cornerstone of the F&S strategy
  • Steer the implementation of Artificial Intelligence within F&S in close collaboration with F&RS

Within the Finance Solutions Office, Finance Solutions Roll Out teams are in charge of delivering the below services Globally

  • Drive the migration strategy globally, along with the Finance Target Operating Model implementation worldwide, in full collaboration with ITG F&RS
  • Execute migration projects relying on Group and Regulatory Reporting Projects (GRRP) and the regional set-up in EMEA, APAC and Americas
  • Ensure Target Operating Model principles are applied and adapted when needed in the regions, in close collaboration with the Finance Academy
  • Manage the jurisdictions of the OFS related tools and applications

Position Purpose

 

Access rights jurisdiction team is in charge of providing the access rights of applications for Finance and Strategy applications perimeter, by granting access only to authorized users and by preventing or revoking access to non-authorized users.

 

The Finance Project Manager of access rights jurisdiction team is in charge of supporting the manager in his role and, in addition, will focus his activity on dedicated perimeters

 

Responsibilities

 

The Finance Project Manager is involved directly team members and the following activities :

-       Drive all internal and external projects, supporting team members in the pre analysis and ensuring consistency of jurisdiction design proposed with segregation of duties rules

-       Ensure continuous update of internal documentation : SOP, access rights matrices etc…

-       Drive permanent control activities ensuring reconciliations, recertifications and CAC requests are fulfilled following the predefined calendar

-       Provide visibility on performance and activities by creating and presenting KPI/dashboards

-       Demonstrate a strong control mindset to ensure jurisdiction principles are applied to all projects and BAU requests

-       Support dedicated Audit requests proactively by providing necessary supporting documentations and evidences

-       Ensure the Functional relationship with the central F&S function and promote good relationship with the clients.

-       Manage and assist the Finance Analysts on their day-to-day activity, contribute to the complex analysis, review the analysis reports

-       Participate in committees and meetings according to the Governance

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

§  A degre in accounting, finance or computer science

§  2 to 4 years of experience in one of the following areas: access management (IAM), finance application support (SAP, Oracle, ..) or IT Audit / compliance

§  Knowledge of segregation of duties and access controls concepts

§  Strong documentation discipline

§  Professional English

 

Certifications is a plus: Security, SOX, …

 

Specific Qualifications (if required)

 

·       Experience in the area of access rights management or equivalent (security of access rights for example)

·       Experience with AI tools is a plus

·       Experience in Access rights audit is a plus
