Job Title: Vice President, US Global Markets - Regulatory
Location: 735 Chesterbrook Boulevard, Chesterbrook, PA 19087
Duties: Monitor regulatory changes (new rules or rule amendments) relevant for Global Markets. Draft briefs to explain the substance of regulatory changes. Perform impact assessment with Legal and/or Compliance input. Implement project structure to monitor progress of regulatory implementation. Escalate issues to management as they arise. Act as a point of contact in the context of internal audits, compliance testing or regulatory examinations. Lead remediation efforts if required. *10% Domestic travel required. *Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the office in Chesterbrook, PA.
SALARY: $140,000 - $145,000/ year
Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)
Job Requirements: Master's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Risk Management, Engineering Management, or related and eight (8) years of experience in job offered or related role OR Bachelor’s degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Risk Management, Engineering Management, or related and ten (10) years of experience in job offered or related role. Must have eight (8) years of experience (or 10 with Bachelor’s) with: Project & regulatory change & management: Ensure that new or updated financial regulations or Group policies affecting the business are fully understood and implemented consistently and on time across the firm. Must have eight (8) years of experience with: Regulatory analysis: Conduct impact and gap analyses of regulatory updates to pinpoint required changes and evaluate their effect for the business; Regulatory risk management: Identify, assess and mitigate regulatory risks for financial‑industry topics, delivering recommendations based on findings from the second and third lines of defense. Must have five (5) years of experience with: Deep banking & capital‑markets knowledge; Advocacy & regulatory watch: Provide input on implementation challenges, track the rule‑making pipeline, and represent the business in industry‑association dialogues; Governance Framework Management: Design, oversee, and maintain a corporate governance structure - including committee/forum participation and regular status meetings - to monitor project implementation, compliance risk, control effectiveness, and regulatory developments.
