We are now looking for an engaged and communicative addition to our Partner Experience Team in Denmark. Someone who shares our commitment and sense of responsibility. 

Are you our new Relationship Manager?

 

As A Relationship Manager you will…

… play a key part in expanding and strengthening BNP Paribas Cardifs position in the Danish insurance market together with our Commercial Director. The main responsibilities of the role is to retain and develop our existing partners and to support in the launch of new partners. In true entrepreneurial spirit, and in a role characterized by a major business focus, you’ll handle a broad range of tasks that will include but not be limited to:

 

  • Negotiating contracts together with the Commercial Director
  • Continuously drive and improve the distribution of our insurances
  • Training and coaching our partners insurance advisors. Guiding them in our products, customer journey and campaigns.
  • Handle communication between the Partner and BNP Paribas Cardif
  • Be a strategic partner – Develop long-term relationships
  • Setting budget and follow up with sales & action plans with our Partners
  • Organize and execute quarterly meetings. 
  • Help with T&C’s, pre-sales, IPID’s and other customer documents
  • Maintain, develop and expand relations on various levels in the Partner’s organization. 
  • Internal and external stakeholder management.  
  • Be an active part of our Nordic insurance community

 

We are looking for...

…You who thrives on taking ownership and driving the business forward. Finds motivation in building long-term relations and sustainable business. Moreover, you have experience in working in a dynamic environment and can handle several points of contacts. We believe that you have experience from the insurance industry, together with a solid understanding of the terms and terminologies in the insurance mathematics field. 

 

You are comfortable managing a broad set of tasks, from low-hanging fruits to strategic, big-picture initiatives, and you find motivation in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. 


Our wishes:

  • Relevant university education within Business, Economics or similar 
  • Experience as a Relationship Manager/Key Account Manager in Bancassurance
  • Experience with varying sales processes, that may have long sales-cycles
  • A good understanding of the insurance industry
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience in facilitating and holding trainings
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English. 
  • High level of proficiency in the Office-package
