About the job


  • The Pricing Analyst is responsible for liaising with many locations worldwide and with internal teams (Sales and Product experts in locations, Operations and Billing teams) to analyse and compile data to produce a proposal for validation and subsequent client communication. Also, this professional is responsible for reviewing, analysing and producing proposals that aim to increase our business's competitiveness and profitability, the pricing analyst must be a self-driven person with team spirit that takes pleasure in managing client specific pricing requests


Your Main Activities Are


  • Perform product pricing, preparing costs and revenue forecasts by collecting, analysing and compiling both quantitative as qualitative data from different sources and provide and/or present results to senior management and relevant stakeholders (Client Line, Client Development, Product etc.)
  • Compare the outcomes of different pricing strategies and assure the corresponding data is reported and stored to allow future audit and monitoring
  • Collaborate with the global teams across Client Development, local Client lines, finance and billing teams to determine how to price products effectively
  • Apply statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability
  • Forecast revenue and market share based on market trends, production costs, profit margins, and variation on volumes
  • Recommend pricing strategies that align closely with market trends and identifying new and innovative solutions to enhance the teams output
  • Develop dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends
  • Keep informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends
  • Implement market research and benchmarking analysis at global and local level, to feed Client Lines and Client Development with market studies, competitive positioning, regulatory research and to identify client specificities/requirements (in liaison with Market Intelligence team)
  • Act as liaison between Client Development and local Client Line / product experts

     

Profile and Skills to Success


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Pricing, Accounting and Finance, Data Analytics or Banking and Financial Operations 
  • Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork
  • Good communication skills (both oral & written)
  • Organizational skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Time management 
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Ability to deliver / results driven
  • Analytical ability, namely in Office pack (Excel, Powerpoint)
