About the job
- As a Record Management Office Controller, your mission is to support the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency of the firm’s regulatory reporting. By executing controls, identifying issues, and contributing to reporting processes, you help ensure that our submissions to regulators accurately reflect the firm’s market activity, reinforcing trust, transparency, and compliance within the financial system
Your Main Activities Are
- Execute Control Activities: Complete assigned regulatory controls within deadlines and in full alignment with documented procedures
- Report and Escalate Issues: Identify gaps or errors in control processes and escalate them promptly with clear analysis and recommended solutions
- Update Reporting Tools: Maintain weekly status reports and contribute to root cause analyses and progress updates on assigned issues
- Document Processes Clearly: Keep internal documentation (wiki) up to date with detailed and clear descriptions of control procedures
- Track Workload and Efficiency: Log time spent on controls using designated tools, providing input to help optimize team efficiency
- Maintain JIRA Issue Records: Create and maintain well-documented JIRA tickets, including concise issue descriptions, categorization, and supporting evidence
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Identify manual processes suitable for automation and collaborate with your manager to propose improvements
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting / Business Management or related
- Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations / Risk and Controls / Compliance or similar
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in MS Office Excel
- Ability to deliver / results driven
