🎯 MISISION
As a Production Platform Support Engineer, you will ensure the PF platforms (Axway Amplify, Apigee OPDK, PingFederate, Confluent, Kafka Connect) meet availability SLAs, resolve incidents quickly, collaborate with partners and internal teams, and drive continuous improvements that boost service quality for external users.
💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Provide technical and functional support to platform users, handling incidents end‑to‑end.
• Implement and maintain monitoring tools, dashboards, and alert parameters.
• Orchestrate releases, update operating procedures, and keep documentation current.
• Analyse performance data, manage capacity, and execute data‑purge activities.
• Lead functional upgrade requests, estimate effort, and coordinate schedules across teams.
💡 WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• IT graduate degree; minimum 3 years in similar support roles (5 years preferred).
• English C1, Spanish B2; French a plus.
• Strong knowledge of API‑management, OpenID/OAuth2/SAML, IAM, and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Logstash).
• Hands‑on experience with Linux (RHEL), Windows, PL/SQL, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Proven communication, decision‑making, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads.
