We are South Europe Technologies Iberia (SE.T); the IT, Data and Operations Shared Service Center of BNP Paribas Personal Finance, with delivery centers in Spain and Portugal, providing the best solutions to BNPP PF entities around the world such as Cetelem (specialized, between others, in financial partnership of major retailers, consumer goods companies and car dealerships).
Among other services, our portfolio is composed of:

Would you like to join our international team that delivers end-to-end solutions (applications and operations activities) to businesses of BNP Paribas Personal Finance Group entities around the world?
In a context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our IT Project Manager.
Mission:
• Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the project’s objectives in accordance with commitments made to the business line, the entity’s strategic goals and the sponsor’s expectations.
• Manage the entire project and coordinate all players and contributors.
• Act as the primary contact point for the project.
Responsibilities:
The IT Project Manager will be involved in some or all of the following activities:
• Ensures end-to-end responsibility for achieving the project’s objectives in accordance with commitments made to the business line, the entity’s strategic goals and the sponsor’s expectations:
- Is responsible for achieving the project objectives within the budget, for meeting deadlines and for the quality of the deliverables.
- Coordinates preliminary studies in liaison with the business line/sponsor.
- Ensures that the requirements are in line with the expressed needs and ensures the feasibility of the technology.
- Ensures the solution is validated by all stakeholders.
- Guarantees the delivery, operation and commencement of the solution.
- Identifies and manages all risks that may arise during the project’s implementation, in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Identifies needs in terms of human resources and technical and functional skills.
• Manages the entire project and coordinates all players and contributors:
- Manages and measures the progress of the project.
- Takes decisions concerning impacts on costs, quality and deadlines, while integrating the value created for the business line.
- Plans, prepares and ensures transfer to the project governance bodies (architecture and investments committee, etc.).
- Coordinates relations with all stakeholders and secures their commitment throughout the project.
- Organizes the project’s transition to the maintenance stage.
- Carries out a final review of the project and oversees its closure.
• Acts as the primary contact point throughout the project:
- Acts as the main contact point with the project sponsor.
- Takes responsibility for communication with all contributors and others if necessary.
• Identifies best practices and shares them within the entity and within the group.
What we are looking for:
* You have three year of proven working experience in related tasks.
* Good knowledge of Agile methodologies or/and Design Thinking.
* You are engaged in day-to-day activities.
* You have a transformation mindset, looking for the excellency.
* You are a Problem-Solving and Decision-Making person, who:
* Demonstrates advanced analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are ambiguous, lack known precedent or appear contradictory.
* Sees the big picture and is fully aware of technology and business directions.
The IT Tools that has to use the IT Project Manager in their functions are:
- Advanced user in office automation tools: Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Clarity, ITSM & PPM tools.
- SharePoint & Confluence.
Skills:
* Fluent level of English is a must. French is a big plus.
* Knowledge of banking industry and processes
* Communication skills - Oral & Written.
* Ability to collaborate/Teamwork.
* Proactivity.
* Organized, efficient, and able to meet deadlines.
* Gives and welcomes feedback. Puts success of the business and team above own interest.
