🏦 WHO WE ARE
We are the Infinity EMEA Finance & Strategy Platform, a regional hub delivering accounting, reporting, control, transformation and IT services for BNP Paribas. Based in Madrid and Lisbon, we support 500 employees and over 250 entities, covering more than 60 % of the Group’s balance sheet. Our purpose is to measure, control and explain the financial data that drives the Bank’s decisions.

🎯 MISSION
As a Head Office Reporting P&L Manager you will guarantee the accuracy and timely submission of Group P&L statements. You will own the analytical process, act as the single point of contact for all P&L reporting requirements, and lead initiatives that improve ALMT Management Accounting processes across the EMEA region.

📊 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coordinate with ALMT Finance, regional finance teams, SMS/HOR and controllers to ensure seamless P&L reporting.
• Reconcile financial and management accounting figures, enforcing Group and CIB finance standards.
• Promote data quality, automate expense reporting and replace manual entries with robust solutions.
• Design, build and maintain KPI dashboards that provide transparent performance insights to stakeholders.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle, implementing controls and communicating progress globally.

📚 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• You hold a degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent; a master’s is a plus.
• You have 4–5 years of financial or management accounting experience, preferably within financial services.
• You are fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• You possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and understand IFRS; knowledge of French GAAP is valuable.
• You demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, critical thinking and excellent written and verbal communication.
