🎯 MISSION
As an Operations Officer, you will safeguard client interests by ensuring transparent, timely communication and strict adherence to regulatory frameworks. You will support the Head of Back Office in monitoring economic indicators, preparing market studies and developing robust factoring conditions that enhance cash‑flow resilience.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Monitor macro‑economic indicators and assess their impact on the collection portfolio.
• Prepare short memos and executive presentations that synthesize economic and financial analysis.
• Support market studies to identify sectors with payment volatility and recommend credit‑policy adjustments.
• Collaborate on scenario simulations and stress‑testing to evaluate cash‑flow resilience.
• Execute daily invoice collection, coordinating with customers and documenting actions in the operational tool.

💡 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration (3‑5 years study).
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and resilience.
