The Position at a glance

The Finance & Risk Solutions (F&RS) team is responsible for the implementation of the third party and in-house developed reporting solutions for Liquidity, Finance and Risk sponsors. Their scope of responsibilities includes interaction with multiple stakeholders, project management, business analysis, technical support and development of IT solutions in line with best practices established by CIB and the BNP Paribas group.


The position is part of the Audit and Governance team.


The team is responsible for the oversight of the following activities within the F&RS IT group: 

    Monitoring compliance with group and local policies and procedures

    Monitoring and reporting on the health of the platforms

    KPI generation

    Ensure timeliness of the response and coordination with oversight teams


In detail

This is a temporary contract of 11 months


The team members are responsible of the following activities:

Tracking, Reporting and Deployment

    Produce extracts for F&RS action and follow-up

    Generate KPIs on obsolescence and vulnerabilities, volume of activity for monthly /quarterly reporting

    Expand or adapt KPIs and extracts to evolutions of the tools and platforms

    Facilitate the deployment of new monitoring tools


Compliance Monitoring

    Cursory review of teams’ documentation and compliance with policies and procedures on project and development lifecycle documentation

    Monitoring of implementation plans and remediation of actions required by oversight teams such as cybersecurity, application and production security, continuity, etc.

    Tracking until completion and closure 


Quality Assurance Monitoring

    Act as interface between F&RS team SPOCs and oversight teams

    Troubleshoot and chase missing artifacts

    Produce status reports


Contribution to the Team Framework

    Enhance documentation and training materials

    Contribute to streamlining and automation of processes

    Troubleshoot extract or data issues


The strengths and skills that will help you succeed

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience

    2-3+ years industry experience in business analysis or control monitoring

    Professional working proficiency in English language is required *

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Power BI

    LLM, SQL and/or other scripting tools a plus

    Ability to work independently and as a member of a team 

    Ability to balance workload and prioritize and manage urgent deliverables 

    Critical thinking/analytical skills

    Good verbal, written and organizational skills
