Job Title: Intern

Department: IT, Operations, Finance, Other Functions including HR

Business Line: Across BNPP ISPL

Location: Mumbai/Chennai/Bengaluru


1. Information Technology (IT)

  • Open to IT graduates (B.E./B.Tech or MCA)
  • Work on application development, production support or testing using Java, C/C++, .NET or related technologies.
  • Responsibilities include coding, debugging, documenting, supporting live applications, and collaborating with business teams to meet SLAs in a shift‑based environment.
  • Required skills: analytical mindset, good communication, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.


2. Operations 

·       Support front‑office trade lifecycle – trade allocation, confirmation, settlement, reconciliations and corporate actions across derivatives and securities.

  • Apply problem‑solving techniques to trade anomalies, contribute to process‑improvement projects and ensure STP efficiency and risk controls.
  • Strong analytical abilities, basic knowledge of financial instruments and good stakeholder‑management skills are essential.


3. Finance – Associate (Accounting & Treasury) 

·       Perform journal‑entry posting, ledger reconciliations, month‑/quarter‑/year‑end close, cash‑position monitoring and basic IFRS/Indian GAAP reporting.

  • Contribute to automation initiatives (RPA, Excel macros) and support finance‑transformation projects such as ERP upgrades.
  • Ideal candidates hold a degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (CA qualification a plus) and are proficient in advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP FI/CO, Oracle).


4. Human Resources

  • Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including strategic sourcing, seamless onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive HR administrative workflows, maintain data integrity through analytics, and ensure all internal policies remain compliant with legal and corporate standards.
  • Organizational Support: Partner with stakeholders to enhance workplace culture, resolve employee grievances, and implement initiatives that improve engagement and retention.


5. Administration & Facility Management (AFMG) 

·       Assist in facility and cafeteria operations, event logistics, visitor management and preventive‑maintenance scheduling.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety‑ and fire‑safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement of the employee workplace experience.
  • The role requires good coordination, teamwork and a service‑orientation mindset.
