Job Title: Finance Program Manager (AVP) – TPRM & SLA CoE
Department: Transformation Office
About Business line/Function: Finance & Strategy
Position Purpose: This position is within F&S Transformation Office work stream. The Individual will be responsible for Third Party Risk Management Outsourcing coordination and supporting initiatives/projects at ISPL F&S.
The Individual should possess knowledge on SLA, Third Party Risk Management & Project Management. Additionally, the person will supervise SLA CoE activities along with managing the team>
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Third Party Risk Management
Supervision of all Outsourcing Contracts and Arrangements under the perimeter of action
- Regular reconciliation of the contracts and arrangements stock
- Regular production of KPI related to contracts, arrangements and remediation (F&S TPRM Reports)
TPRM based documentation - Ensure working documents used to determine criticality and remediation are up to date
Ensure management of SLA (Service Level Agreements) for respective services across regions
Project Management
Lead and drive projects along with developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders across the organization
Strong understanding of project life cycle and must be able to manage multiple finance projects across the globe
Monitor transformation project portfolio and ensure relationship with global interlocutors, stakeholders and partners.
Coordinate within ISPL and global stakeholders (CFO, GSO) as well as functions i.e. Legal, Tax, Compliance, DPO, Risk etc.
Ability to support multiple transversal projects across Finance & Strategy
People Management
Experience in handling teams consisting of people with different experience levels
Ability to mentor/coach the team
Supervise the team and ensure robust review of the deliverables
