About Business line/Function: < ISPL CIO Office team is a part of IT Steering & Governance function in ISPL. This team is responsible for managing Headcount, Budgets, Governance for all of IT >
Position Purpose: <Responsible for Planning, Co-ordinating, Executing and Overseeing projects for the CIO Office. Represent CIB IT in all ISPL initiatives during meetings, presentations and co-ordinate with different clusters to collect data with high quality and consolidate and present them in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Business Management activities for ITO Industrial Transformation (IT), ITO Management & Data office.
- Coordinate ISPL IT Budget/ROFO across all of IT clusters
- Coordinate regular committees and Forums, preparation of the support materials
- Work on critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including communication/follow-up with key stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables
- Manage deliverables, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks for various tasks assigned.
- Enforce, monitor & report on Management mandates
- Monitor pre-hiring approvals and recruitment progress in coordination with hiring managers and HR/VMO
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives.
- Plan, lead and implement cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Escalation Management
Contributing Responsibilities
- Coordinate & Partner with inter / intra departments (e.g. Admin, Project Office, Performance Steering, HR, Vendor Management office, Finance etc.) stakeholders on various tasks & initiatives
- Assist in planning senior executives’ visits including agenda collation, client management, and other logistics.
- Based on management needs from time to time, collecting data, create template and perform meaningful analysis of data
- Contribute to any ad hoc tasks assigned including but not limited to Coordination for BCM, Workspace, etc.
- Support the team in other PMO activities.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Analytical and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and problem solve across multiple projects.
- Ability to structure a large amount of information within a process framework.
- Strong in MS Excel and other automation tools and should be able to work independently with decision making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.

- Capability to analyze complex data sets and prepare business scenarios using the same.
