About this opportunity
Main scope of the role
Establishes and maintains commercial contact with the targeted audience aiming to convert them into clients.
What you will do
Qualify companies that fit into our target group.
Call leads and prospects to:
- Detect opportunities/interest for Arval.
- Further qualify and establish relationship, if possible, on a decision-making level.
- Make appointments for the Business Managers to meet the decision makers (directly in the Business Managers’ agenda; apply priority rules); send appointment confirmation letters.
- After the visit, process visit reports; deliver, transfer or plan actions.
- Produce quotations and follow up proposals to prospects as discussed with the Business Managers.
Update the CRM tool:
- Log calls
- Record and update information; follow up tasks; and opportunities.
- Update status of leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- In case of success, prepare request for credit approval and gather required documents.
- Prepare standard Framework Agreement and “client file” for Framework Agreement implementation (except in case of large and complex fleets).
Relevant experience and requirements
- 2 year’s experience in outbound B2B phone sales or meeting booking
- Familiarity with CRM systems(Salesforce is an advantage)
- Ability to identify and reach the right decision-makers
- Structured and goal-oriented approach and comfortable working toward weekly booking targets
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
- Persistent and resilient and able to handle rejection without losing motivation
- Structured and goal oriented approach and being comfortable working toward weekly booking -targets
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Fluency in Norwegian and operational in English
