Within the Group, Internal Audit (Inspection Générale) operates independently on behalf of Senior Management and conducts audit missions across all business activities and geographies. The Markets & Models domain plays a central role in assessing risks related to market activities and models, within a demanding and constantly evolving regulatory environment.
What you will be doing on a daily basis
Within the Professional Practices teams, you will support the Head of the Markets & Models domain on priorities related to conduct activities and contribute to the oversight of the associated audit program. You will operate in an international environment, working closely with audit teams and the Group’s control functions.
More specifically, you will:
- oversee governance and reporting of the audit program, including the organization and facilitation of committees;
- define and maintain audit methodologies, including risk and control matrices and audit guides;
- contribute to risk mapping and risk assessment processes, as well as to the definition and monitoring of the audit plan;
- ensure overall coordination of audit activities with both internal and international teams;
- support training initiatives and promote best practices across audit teams.
You will also interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders (audit teams, risk, compliance and technology functions), in a context of ongoing transformation and continuous improvement of practices.
Based in Paris (19th arrondissement), you will join a collaborative and flexible work environment, easily accessible via public transportation (RER E, tramway and metro).

Are you our next DMA Conduct Professional Practices Specialist?
You have at least 3 years of experience, including internships and apprenticeships, in audit and/or risk management within the banking sector. You demonstrate a strong understanding of risks, control frameworks and related regulatory expectations.
You also bring the following skills:
- experience in improvement or remediation projects related to risk management;
- ability to analyze complex topics and structure clear recommendations;
- strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with a wide range of stakeholders, including regulatory bodies;
- ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with geographically distributed teams;
- adaptability and ability to support change.
Your level of English is fluent, both written and spoken.
