2.    Real estate division and team description
The real estate department has a 360° approach, by investing equity and debt, in private and listed assets. With € 110 billion equity invested, BNPP AM Alts is the first real estate manager in Europe, and among the key players worldwide.

The Fund Management team, with its entrepreneurial approach, is centrally based in BNPP AM Alts headquarters in Paris La Défense and is in charge of the management of open-ended vehicles, separate accounts and unit-linked products of private equity real estate investments, on behalf of institutional and retail investors. The team is responsible for core strategies, with a pan-European footprint and investing in all asset classes, leveraging the support and expertise of local teams.

 
Your daily responsibilities:

• Support fund managers in the daily oversight ofmandates andfunds, including monitoring real estate portfolios, assessing fund performance, and managing financing and liquidity
• Transaction and disposal analysis:contribute to the review of transactions across all asset classes (offices, retail, hotels, residential,logistics,andalternativessectors.)throughout Europe.Build cash‑flow models incorporating scenario testing and sensitivity analyses
• Assistthe manager in evaluatingstructuring solutions for real estate investment (tax, legal considerations)
• Maintain and update the fund’sbusiness plan
• Prepare presentations and materials for investors, Preparing research cases on asset class or geography, Assistthe fund management team in the ESG strategy and its monitoring
  

Are you our next intern in asset management : 

Education/Qualifications

• Top business school, engineering school. Specialization in finance or real estate can be a plus
• Previousexperience/s in investment banking, private equity, real estate investing preferred and/or top tier consulting firms
• End-of-studies internship

Knowledge and skills

• Fluent English speaker, and ideally advanced level of another European language (i.e.French,Germanand/or Italian)
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling) and Power Point
• Strong interest in the investments industry and real estate sector
• Team spirit, ability to work in a stimulating environment, curiosity about the subject, willingness to learn and develop in a constantly evolving environment.
