What is this position about?

    The Change Management team is responsible for the delivery of all client change activities on behalf of the Client Delivery team.

-    Contributes to building a strong client service culture for all change events.

-    Deepen relationships with all stakeholders and clients and proactively manage issues arising from requirements, deliverables and deadlines.

    Work independently and leverage off of internal BNPP colleagues for support and expertise to drive change requests to successful GO-LIVE through effective change management process

    Proactively promote the continuous improvement of Change Management documentation, procedures and systems.


What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like? 


Primary Role Responsibilities


Change Management

This role is responsible for managing clients’ change requests and mini projects across the Securities Services business, supporting the Head of Business Implementation & Change Management.


Primary Focus:

    End-to-end coordination of change requests / projects activities from initiation to GO-LIVE.

    Candidate must be comfortable managing up to 50 active change requests / projects at any point in time.

    Run and lead weekly Change Meeting with clients and internal BNPP teams

    Establish project governance with internal business units for coordination, planning and tracking.

    Drive regular strategic client meetings, documenting, understanding the activities timelines, deliverables, requirements, key dependencies and track to closure, escalating where necessary.

    Ensure full, transparent and appropriate communication and documentation to and from stakeholders throughout the activities.

    Ensure close collaborations with 

-    Internal stakeholders – specifically Client Delivery, Client Development, Sales and Relationship Managers to manage pipeline, resourcing and change request/project handovers.

-    New and existing external custodians, investment managers and other third parties.

    Ensure complete documentation for implementation sign-off, audit and control

    Conduct post-Implementation reviews (PIR) to document findings and issues to ensure continuous improvement and promote team learning.

    Prepare monthly client report, highlighting the progress of the active change requests / projects.

    Regular updating of clients logs (internal to BNPP), tracking cost and deadlines on all active changes / projects.


What is required for you to succeed?


Basic

    Prior experience in the role of Project Manager / Business Analyst for more than 5 years of working experience in the banking domain with strong project management background, ability to drive agendas, meetings, assign tasks for ownerships and ultimately, proven capability to conduct trainings prior to Projects / Change Requests GO-LIVE.

    Consistent track record in timely project / change request delivery with least burnt rate.

    Strong self-starter with initiative, accountability and ability to work independently as well as collaborate within the client delivery function.

    Natural collaborator with ability to foster relationships effectively with diverse groups across geographies.

    Pro-stakeholders’ success with excellent interpersonal communications, presentation, documentation and negotiation skills.


Desirable

    Validated experience in Securities Services & Financial Markets products.

    Candidates with Middle Office and Alternative Investment expertise.
